FROM PROSECCO TO MALGHE TOUR
Recommended tour for anyone who wants to combine Prosecco DOCG tasting with a true e-MTB excursion.
The route starts in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards of Valdobbiadene and then ventures up the climb to Mount Cesen.
Like all our tours, the “From Prosecco to Malghe” is created and organized according to the client’s needs and preferences, both in terms of route and duration.
The tour usually starts in the morning from Valdobbiadene, beginning with the ascent of Mount Barbaria, followed by Mount Cesen.
Mount Cesen is a massif in the Venetian Prealps, located on the northwestern edge of the province of Treviso, directly above Valdobbiadene.
It is the first mountain encountered (heading east) after the Piave River breaks through the mountain chain, connecting the Valbelluna with the Veneto-Friuli plain. Its highest peak reaches 1,570 meters above sea level.
Being the first elevation above the surrounding hills and plains, the views are truly breathtaking — and on the clearest days, you can even see the Venice Lagoon.
Once you reach the summit, you'll enjoy lunch at a mountain hut (malga) before beginning an exciting descent back down to the hills of Valdobbiadene, where a well-deserved Prosecco DOCG tasting awaits.
